i appreciated the breakfast included eggs, fresh fruit, croissants, coffee. fresh orange juice and options for yogurt with cereal. the metro station was only one block away. this location made it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly, and most spoke english.
on checkout day, i left my luggage at the hotel. i returned before my train and wanted to sit in the lobby to eat cake i bought. the receptionist asked i moved from the seating area. he said the area was reserved for check-ins, even though it was empty.

the room included charging points and other sockets that worked well. hooks and hangars were provided for clothes. the room was bright and light with a nice picture on the wall. the bathroom had a shower that worked fine.

pastries and drinks were available in the reception area. this was very cute and appreciated. breakfast was fine. the hotel is close to two metro lines and is very convenient for transport to sights.

Convenient and Clean Stay

The location is excellent, providing easy access to multiple Metro stations. Rooms were very clean and contained good furnishings. I appreciated coming back for my second visit (it's becoming a habit!).
The air conditioning was somewhat weak. The small room got stuffy if the window was closed.

The receptionist was helpful when I needed medical assistance. Staff were friendly (especially upon checkout) and provided quick solutions when needed. The team ensures guests feel supported.
